Fees and Payment:

Our fees for web support services will be outlined in the service agreement. Fees will be charged based on an hourly or project basis, depending on the nature of the work. Payment terms will also be outlined in the service agreement. Payment must be made in full before any work commences.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. If the client terminates the agreement, they will be liable for all fees up to the date of termination. If we terminate the agreement, we will refund any fees paid in advance for work that has not been completed.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability for any damages arising out of the provision of web support services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the provision of web support services.

Confidentiality:

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data provided to us for the provision of web support services. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the client’s express written consent.

Intellectual Property:

The client warrants that they have the necessary rights to use any intellectual property provided to us for the provision of web support services. We will not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising out of the provision of web support services.
